Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most of countries worldwide. For international orders excluding Canada, Mexico and Germany, customers are responsible for all charges, including VAT, customs, and any extra fees due to country regulations, courier fees, and re-shipping.

If your country is not where we service, we recommend purchasing from one of our partner stores or using a proxy service located in the United States or South Korea who can receive the order on your behalf and forward it to your final address.

2. Canada, Mexico, Germany — Delivery Duties Paid (DDP)

We're testing out shipping options with pre-paid taxes and customs. (updated Dec 29, 2025) It means that the custom processing and fees are included in the shipping fee, and taxes are automatically calculated and collected at checkout. There's no need to check for customs clearance, as everything is pre-paid.

3. Preorder Fulfillment

Most items in our store are sold on a preorder basis. This means:

  • The book is not yet available for immediate dispatch

  • Each product page includes an estimated shipping or release date

  • Your order will ship once the item becomes available, in the order it was received

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

4. Order Processing

Once the item is in stock, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once your package has shipped.

If we have special restocks, like first restock day after pre-order, we get number of orders that we cannot process within 3 days. Please allow us 7 business days before reaching out!

5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. 

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or carrier issues once the order is in transit. If your package appears lost or your tracking hasn’t updated, contact us at support@publang.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to assist you.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
