Refund policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the package is sent out. To request cancellation, contact support@publang.com with your order number. 

Pre-orders may be canceled within 7 days of order placement.

2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You are an EU resident exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase (see below)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery 

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase

To initiate a return, email support@publang.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive.

This right does not apply to digital downloads or customized products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@publang.com with a clear statement of your decision.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Additional delays may occur depending on your payment provider
